Work photos, documented.

Build a report from work photos and notes.

Take Photo requests the device camera using the system-camera file input. Browser and device behavior varies. The camera may save a Gallery or cloud copy; this app cannot control it. The app does not automatically download a separate photo. Choose Download photo for an optional JPEG copy in the browser save location. It does not connect to or control Google Photos. Report images are optimized to a maximum of 2560 pixels on the longest side; camera quality still depends on your device.

Install: Open the Work Camera installation page in a full browser. Installation is offered only when supported. You can also continue in the browser. Save your document before closing.

  1. Name your report.
  2. Take a photo and add your note.
  3. Repeat, then save your document.

Save before closing or refreshing. There is no autosave. The app remembers only the last selected DOCX file reference, not its photos or notes. On reopening, it loads the last saved file if permission allows; otherwise tap Continue report. Unsaved changes are not restored. Sharing passes the document to your selected app; it does not save the original or confirm delivery. Up to 20 photos and 3,000 characters per note. Documents over 20 MiB cannot be saved.

DOCX files can be edited in Word. Open a saved Work Camera DOCX to continue. Only yellow note cells are editable in compatible Word apps. Keep the table structure intact. PDF is output-only. PDF is for sharing or printing. Supported file pickers can update a selected document; downloads may create numbered copies.

Designed for Android Chrome on phones and tablets. Other browsers may behave differently. Save reports before closing; unsaved work is not restored. Your browser or camera may ask for camera permission. This app does not request microphone access.

Share your report

No download is needed to prepare a PDF. Then choose an app to share it. Download prepared file is optional. Available apps depend on your device. Standard SMS cannot attach documents; use an app that supports files. Nothing is sent until you choose a recipient and send in that app. Sharing does not save your original DOCX.
